 1. Shipping Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. 

• Delivery typically takes 7 business days, depending on your location.  All orders are shipped through India Post.

• Due to high order volume during the offer sale, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

• In case of unforeseen delays due to weather, holidays, or other external factors, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

We currently ship all over India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options.

 5. Damaged or Missing Orders

 • If your package arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof to be eligible for a replacement.

• If your order is missing, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery notification for assistance.

 6. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

 • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
