2. No Returns on Opened Products for hygiene and quality reasons, once the seal of a perfume bottle is broken, opened, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We take this measure to ensure that every product we deliver is fresh and untouched.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will only offer a replacement if:
• You provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
• The damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements.
